Starlit Stereo is an American alternative rock band that was formed in 2002 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida . The band is comprised of vocalist/bassist Michael Luzinski, guitarist Marissa Steiner, and drummer/keyboardist Brad Harris.

In 2001, Marissa Steiner bought her first guitar and her cousin, Brad Harris, bought his first drum set. The two began playing music together at family get-togethers. In mid 2002, the two decided to form a band. They played their favorite songs together and simultaneously developed a sound of their own. Eventually, Steiner and Harris began writing their own original music. From late 2002 to mid 2004, the two searched for more musicians to join the band. Multiple bassists, vocalists, and guitarists would audition; some stayed in the band for weeks, some for months, but none of them worked out well. The two cousins were still on a search to find the perfect fit.

In mid 2004, Brad met vocalist and soon to be bassist, Michael Luzinki. He attended a few rehearsals and after some discussion Mike joined Starlit Stereo. Over the next few years, the three continued to write music together, play shows, and record.

Harris tracked the band's six track EP at home and was dissatisfied with the result. The energy that was present in band practice was not captured on the record. The three went back to the drawing board, and decided to re-record the entire EP. The second time provided better results.

In early 2007, Starlit Stereo signed a record deal with Dulce Records and "The Airway EP" was released under the label. It is currently available for digital download on iTunes, Napster, eMusic, Walmart.com, and many more online music stores.

As of 2008, the band is writing and recording their full length album, which is due out in summer. More details will be announced soon. Starlit Stereo has played with names like Starship, Leger, Daycast, Stolen Bikes Ride Faster, and many, many more.
